Every department brings a different number
Sales, finance and operations arrive at the meeting with three versions of the same metric — and the meeting becomes an audit instead of a decision.
We connect your ERP, internal systems and spreadsheets into Power BI dashboards that executives actually use — and that finance trusts. The team that builds the integration is the team that builds the metric.
In most companies looking for BI, the tool is not the bottleneck. The bottleneck comes earlier: in the source of the data, in the rule nobody wrote down and in the process that depends on a single person.
Sales, finance and operations arrive at the meeting with three versions of the same metric — and the meeting becomes an audit instead of a decision.
There is one file only one person knows how to update. When that person goes on holiday, the numbers are late.
It was built, it was presented, and today nobody opens it — because at the first discrepancy there was no way to prove where the number came from.
Every new analysis depends on someone extracting, cleaning and emailing it. The information arrives after the decision has been made.
Five workstreams covering the entire path. You can hire all of them, or start only where your operation is stuck today.
01
A map of available sources, the quality of what exists and a metric tree by department. It ends with a plan and a budget — not a generic proposal.
02
Extraction from the ERP and satellite systems, cleansing, business rules applied once and a dimensional model that supports analysis, not just reporting.
03
From the executive metric to the operational dashboard the team opens every day — designed with the people who will use it and validated against the source before going live.
04
Row-level security, a metric catalogue with an owner and a written definition, and traceability from the source to the number on screen.
05
Environment maintenance, new views as the business changes and training for your in-house team, so depending on us is a choice, not a necessity.

Most of our clients run Sistemas Senior, and that is where RAD has worked for more than two decades. We know where the data is born, which table is reliable and what changes from one version to the next.
There are two paths to bring Senior data into Power BI, and each fits a different scenario:
Direct database access — querying the ERP's Oracle or SQL Server database. It gives full control over the model and access to the complete history. It is the natural path in an on-premise environment.
Senior X platform APIs and services — the official route, mandatory in cloud environments and the one that survives a version upgrade without breaking the dashboard on Monday.
Choosing between them is not a preference, it is a diagnosis: it depends on where the ERP is hosted, how much history there is and your upgrade window. Choosing wrong costs rework — and that is exactly where knowing the ERP is worth more than knowing the tool.
Beyond Senior, we work with the same environments we already support in integration and modernization projects.
No phase ends in a presentation. Each one delivers an artefact that stays with you, even if the project stops there.
Phase 1
2 weeks
Source inventory, quality assessment and a metric tree by department. Deliverable: an implementation plan with scope, architecture and budget.
Phase 2
3 to 4 weeks
Extraction pipeline, cleansing and data model. Deliverable: an analytical base loading on its own, with business rules documented.
Phase 3
~45 days from kickoff
First set of dashboards in production, validated against the source together with each department. Deliverable: a published, verified dashboard with access rules defined.
Phase 4
Ongoing
Team training, metric catalogue and an evolution routine. Deliverable: a team that is autonomous day to day and a defined routine for what comes next.
We work in healthcare, the public sector, financial services and agribusiness, where a pretty dashboard does not survive an audit. Anything handling personal data is born with controls; controls are not bolted on later.
Row-level security: a branch manager opens the same dashboard as the board and sees only what concerns them.
Minimization and masking in the processing layer. What the metric does not need, the dashboard does not load.
Every metric has a written definition, an owner and a documented path back to the source table. A discrepancy becomes a check, not an argument.
RAD processes personal data in compliance with the Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) across every project. See our Privacy Policy and the Compliance.
Two models that complement each other: the project gets BI on its feet, the support contract keeps the environment alive once the team goes back to routine.
FIXED-SCOPE PROJECT
For the first delivery. It comes out of the assessment with scope, architecture and schedule agreed — which is how the budget stops being an estimate.
MONTHLY SUPPORT
Load monitoring, fixes when the source changes and monthly hours for new views, following what the business comes to need.
Need a team embedded in your operation rather than a project? That is staff augmentation, another RAD service.
Power BI solves the vast majority of scenarios, and Microsoft has been a Leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Analytics and BI for nineteen consecutive years. Microsoft Fabric comes in when data volume, the number of sources or the need for a single platform justify the jump — and that conversation happens during the assessment, not at contract signing.
Licensing is part of the project: we help decide when a Pro licence is enough, when Premium per user pays off and at what point Fabric capacity justifies itself. You buy what you will actually use.
We don't arrive at your BI through the tool. We arrive through the system we already maintain, the integration we already built and the audit we already answered alongside you.

It depends on how many sources must be connected, the state of the data at the source and how many dashboards are in the first delivery — and any number given before looking at that is a guess. The two-week assessment exists precisely to swap “it depends” for a fixed-scope budget.
About 45 days from kickoff: two weeks of assessment, three to four building the foundation and then publishing the first dashboards already validated against the source. Environments with many sources or dirty data stretch the foundation phase — and that shows up in the assessment, not halfway through the project.
No. The assessment, the modelling and building the first dashboards do not require a paid licence — Power BI Desktop is free. The licence comes in when you publish and share dashboards with the team, and choosing it is part of what we deliver.
Power BI solves most cases and is where we start. Fabric comes in when there are many sources, high data volume or a decision to unify storage, processing and governance in a single platform. It is an architecture and cost decision, and it is made with the assessment in hand.
Yes, in two ways: direct access to the ERP database, which gives full control of the model and history, or the Senior X platform APIs, which is the official route and the only viable one in cloud environments. The choice depends on where the ERP runs, how much history there is and your version upgrade window.
That is the most common scenario. RAD has maintained and modernized legacy systems for years — VB6, Oracle Forms, undocumented databases — and the same team that understands those environments builds the extraction. An old system doesn't prevent BI; it prevents BI built by people who only know the tool.
Handling starts before the dashboard: minimizing what is loaded, masking where the metric doesn't need identified data, and row-level security so each person sees only what concerns them. All with a trail from source to the number displayed.
We train them. The adoption phase includes handover to your team and a documented metric catalogue, so day-to-day maintenance runs in house. Monthly support remains available as a choice, for those who prefer not to assign their own people to it.
FIRST STEP
Two weeks to map your sources, assess what already exists and design the metric tree for your operation. At the end you get a plan with scope, architecture and budget — and you decide whether to continue with us or run it in house.
